Ai Dashboard

DEMO

The Responsible AI Dashboard is a suite of tools that helps practitioners assess and debug machine learning models, and make responsible data-driven decisions. It is available on open source and Azure Machine Learning.

The dashboard brings together a variety of responsible AI capabilities, including:

  • Model overview and fairness metrics: This view provides an overview of the model, including its accuracy, fairness, and other metrics.
  • Error analysis: This view helps you identify cohorts of data with higher error rates than the overall benchmark.
  • Data analysis: This view helps you understand the data that the model is trained on, including its distributions and correlations.
  • Feature importance (model explanations): This view helps you understand which features are most important for the model’s predictions.
  • Counterfactual what-if: This view lets you explore how the model’s predictions would change if you changed the input data.
  • Causal analysis: This view helps you understand the causal relationships between features and the model’s predictions.

The dashboard is designed to be customizable, so you can tailor it to your specific needs. You can also export the dashboard’s results to share with others.

The Responsible AI Dashboard is a valuable tool for any practitioner who wants to build and deploy responsible AI systems. It can help you to:

  • Identify and mitigate bias in your models.
  • Make sure your models are fair and equitable.
  • Understand the impact of your models on people and society.
  • Make responsible data-driven decisions.

The Responsible AI Dashboard is a work in progress, and Microsoft is continuously adding new features and capabilities. If you have any feedback, please feel free to share it with the team.

Here are some of the six principles of responsible AI that the Responsible AI Dashboard helps to uphold:

  • Accountability: The dashboard helps you to understand the decisions that your models are making, and to track their performance over time.
  • Inclusiveness: The dashboard helps you to ensure that your models are fair and equitable for all people, regardless of their race, gender, age, or other protected characteristics.
  • Reliability and safety: The dashboard helps you to ensure that your models are reliable and safe, and that they do not make decisions that could harm people.
  • Fairness: The dashboard helps you to identify and mitigate bias in your models, so that they make fair and equitable predictions.
  • Transparency: The dashboard helps you to understand how your models work, so that you can make informed decisions about their use.
  • Privacy and security: The dashboard helps you to protect the privacy and security of the data that your models are trained on.

The Responsible AI Dashboard is a valuable tool for anyone who wants to build and deploy responsible AI systems. It can help you to uphold the six principles of responsible AI, and to make sure that your models are fair, equitable, and safe.
